Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

4. Products, licenses, and purchases

Assets obtained through the Unity Asset Store are licensed, not sold, and are governed by the license displayed by Unity at the time of acquisition. Unity's Asset Store Terms of Service and EULA may apply in addition to these website Terms. If a product includes a separate license or third-party component notice, those terms also apply.

Games obtained through Steam or another platform are governed by the terms presented by that platform and any product-specific license. Pricing, payment processing, taxes, downloads, refunds, and platform accounts are handled by the applicable store or platform. Warpdev does not collect payment information through this website.

If these website Terms conflict with a specific product license on how a purchased product may be used, the specific product license controls for that product.

5. Documentation and examples

Documentation, code snippets, compatibility information, performance guidance, and examples are provided for general product assistance. They may not cover every project, Unity version, package combination, platform, or hardware configuration.

You are responsible for testing products and examples in your own project, maintaining backups, using version control, and reviewing changes before deployment. Documentation may be corrected or updated without notice.

The website may link to or embed services operated by Unity, Steam, Coolmath Games, StrawPoll, Google, and others. Warpdev does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies, or transactions. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warpdev LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the website or its content.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Warpdev's total liability arising from the website will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to Warpdev for use of the website during the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Warpdev LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
